Bob brings to every project he works on a commitment to creating the highest quality building for the Owner, which is always responsive to project budgets and schedules, and always responsive to sustainability issues. Bob has particular experience with projects that include numerous stakeholders that require coordination between facilities departments, user groups, contractors, and community entities. His projects have ranged from $1M to $120M in project cost.
Bob’s specific expertise is with the design and construction of detention facilities, including providing space needs assessments and master planning. Bob has been working on this particular project type continuously for more than 20 years, including work for all of the largest detention facilities in Colorado, including Denver County, Jefferson County, Arapahoe County, and El Paso County.
